COLLEGE PROSPECT DAY November 17th @ Curry College Gym doors open at 8:30am - Prospect day is 9am-3:30pm Boys, Grades 9-12 This event will be run by several college basketball coaches and is for high school & college transfer basketball players looking to play at the college level. Participants will be coached, evaluated and have an opportunity to network with current college coaches throughout the day. This is a great chance to see what a college workout is like and what college coaches look for while recruiting a player. One of the key highlights of the day will be a dedicated segment focused on the college recruiting process. We understand the significance of this stage in an athlete's journey, and to facilitate their aspirations, knowledgeable college coaches will share their valuable insights. During this segment, coaches will offer guidance, tips, and advice, shedding light on the intricacies of the recruiting process. They will also create an interactive environment by encouraging questions from both players and parents, ensuring that everyone gains a deeper understanding of what it takes to navigate the college basketball landscape successfully. Schedule: 8:30am - Open gym 9:00am - Introductions - Meet the Coaches 9:15am - Dynamic warm up & Warm up drills 9:45am - Coaches skill stations 11:30pm - Lunch/Break 12:30 - Coaches Panel 1:30pm - Dynamic warm up 1:40pm - 5 on 5 games 3:30pm - Closing - Opportunity to continue dialogue with college coaches.
